Teresa Olivas was born in Iowa Falls, Iowa. Came to Wyoming in 1987 and her life has been all but ordinary. She met her Husband Charles and they started life together. Teresa Joined the Catholic Church Spring 2005; She has three boys who are each on their own special path, 3 Amazing Granddaughters, two daughters in laws, and maybe one more daughter in law (in the lord's time). Teresa Joined CCW 2013 at her local parish St. Joseph's Catholic church in Cheyenne Wyoming. Teresa became President of the local CCW in 2016 and then State President in 2021. Teresa now serves as the Province director of CCW for the Province of Denver (installed August 2026)
